Christmas Fayre

Our next Christmas Fayre will be held at our HQ on Saturday 23rd November 2024 from 11am-4pm. We welcome applications for tables and will release a full list of our stalls right here on our dedicated Christmas Fayre page.

Information

4th Runcorn Scout Group will be hosting a Christmas Fayre on Saturday 23rd November 2024 at its headquarters on the Heath Park in aid of our Centenary year. The event will run from 11am – 4pm, however the HQ will be open for setup from 9:30am.

Bookings will open on Monday 29th July 2024.

If you would like to book a table for your business/stall, please fill in the Microsoft form below. These will be distributed on a first come first served basis and your form must be followed up with a minimum £TBC payment fee for your table in order for your booking to be confirmed, however if you wish to make a further contribution this would be greatly appreciated. The Group will be running their own tea/coffee, cake and tombola stalls as well as Santa’s Grotto and an entrance raffle. You will need to bring with you everything that is needed for your stall to run. Plug sockets are available and if you need access to one please do let us know on the form.
