Letter from the Group Chairperson
Hope you and your family are keeping smiling through these strange times.
The time has come around again where we hold our AGM. Looking at
what has been happening, where we are at, updating our committee, and looking at our accounts.
It will be a different one this time, as with everything else, it will be a social distancing AGM .
We are going to complete it in an online meeting, and further details of that will follow.
This email is to ask, in preparation of the AGM, if any parents would like to join the committee. We always welcome new people, and would love to see some parents joining us.
If you are interested can you express that in an email to either Barry Newport
Or myself by 8th July 2020.

The independent examiner is someone who is independent of the charity who scrutinises the yearly accounts. Alan Townley, our current Independent Examiner has indicated he wishes to stand down at the end of this accounting period. The Group would like to place on record their thanks to Alan for his work over the years. It is for this reason the Group has approached Darroll McCulloch, who has indicated that he is willing to be the independent examiner in future. We are seeking approval of Darroll to this role.
